This month has flown by. And one thing I realize is the lack of use with my main camera. Therefore, this month I’ve got a good mix of photos with the main camera and with the iPhone.
Spring is in the air and that means a lot of things. I tried to think of different things for this one, so hopefully you all enjoy!
Anyway, without further adieu… here are my five!
1. Chalk art

Drawing!
The weather gets warm and chalk art starts to come out. It’s even cooler now that Cameron is doing it as well. I love this shot because he’s so focused!
2. In bloom!

Blooming!
With the warm spring months, color starts to be all around us!
3. Baseball

Play ball!
The spring also signifies baseball season!
4. Colors

Color all around us!
I love the colors that come with spring!
5. Geocaching

Found it!
I am a fair-weather geocacher … so when it’s warm, I’ll go. And I’ve been doing a lot this spring!
That’s my five and now it’s your turn!
If you took part in this month’s challenge, make sure to link up below. And for those of you who participated, make sure you try and get to other people’s blogs and comment (here, too!). Let’s continue to grow this challenge and have a strong community. Come back and check out the others who link later on, too!
Also, don’t forget to get back here tomorrow, June 1, to see the theme for June!
NOTE: I set up a Facebook group for those who participate in the challenge and are interested. I’ll post any announcements there and hopefully it can be a place where things are discussed and some interaction etc. You can access it here.

Great shot of Cameron! He’s adorable as always!
I also like that we both have baseball in out photo list.

Your spring photos look good. I love the chalk art by Cameron, I noticed the pretty chalk flower as it looks similar to the pink blossoms just below. I think how you have chosen to order your 5 works really well.

Yes, spring is our first foray outside after the long winter shut in. Your colours certainly pop adding life to the page. In love and light Cheryle
Our front porch is covered in chalk. It will be until November. I love it. That is a great shot of Cameron!
We haven’t been geocaching in a long time. It’s time to get back out and do it again, for sure!

Somehow I just knew baseball would be one of your entries this month! I love the focus Cameron has on his chalk art. Our spring was very colorful as well this year. Great shots! Can’t wait to go visit everyone else.
I’m linking up for the first time!
Precious photo of your son. Love that early pencil grip!
What stadium is that? I don’t know baseball so well that I can identify stadiums easily.
Lovely flowers!
I keep thinking of geocaching, but I haven’t started. Maybe this summer.

Thanks for joining and hope you enjoy! Side note though — Cameron’s my nephew/godson… not son! 😀
I forgot to add my picture of our first peach. I love all the spring time flowers, fruit, and vegetables.

I love the variety, it made me think that I should have included some baseball shots in my blog this month.

My favorite BY FAR is the chalk art. That is the sweetest picture… it reminds me of when mine were little. The best times EVER!

Nice set! I’m liking the colors in the flower pics, and I like the vantage point for the photo of Cameron!

I miss having a little artist in the house to draw in chalk. That is the best!

Fantastic colors. I have got to get out caching again. I haven’t been in months.

It’s great to see that this month’s theme appealed to so many people. I hope the June theme will have at least as much take up. Thanks for continuing to organize and host this monthly photo blogging challenge.
I find the rose blossom really appealing, perhaps because so few gardens here have any roses aside from the wild Alberta rose (which looks a lot different). And it’s interesting to see that apple(?) blossoms look pretty much the same in your part of the world as they do in our front yard here in Calgary.
That first photograph of the junior chalk graffiti artist
is great! The fact that you got down to his level in a spot that allowed you to show both his awkward grip and his inexpert efforts compared to what’s possible as he grows really adds a lot. I figure you’re never too old for chalk graffiti. And the best thing? If it looks terrible, just get out the garden hose and wash it away. Otherwise, the next good rain shower will take care it!
