Have you ever had one of those dreams where you’re nekkid and in the middle of a crowd?
Yeah, I thought so.
I am sure there is some subconscious thing about it, too. But why always in a crowd? How come it can’t be sitting in a natural spring somewhere, cold beer in hand?
Most of the time, the place is unfamiliar, too. It’s like I am somewhere totally out if the realm of normality.
Well, we know that’s pretty much true anyway.
So you know, you can be in the middle of a crowd or something and get nekkid. And everybody is staring. Then you cover up but they can see through.
It’s a little freaky.
But I know I’ve heard in the past, it’s kind of a common dream. I’m sure shrinks will tell you it means something. Who knows what? Could be anything. Maybe insecurity? Maybe I’m OK with my skin?
Maybe I want to be like Frank the Tank?
So yeah, naked and lost.
I’m glad it was just a dream. It was a dream, right? RIGHT?
This is part of We Work for Cheese’s annual writing challenge. Despite what might be blamed, I had nothing to do with it. Go check them out for other crazy writers doing this challenge.
T-SHIRT ALERT: Nicky has allowed me to create the official shirt for this year’s challenge. I did it via TeeSpring to keep it lower cost. They do all the work. However, it’s like Kickstarter. We have to meet a certain number of sales for this to happen. So, we need 10 shirts to sell. You can get a short-sleeved tee shirt ($13) or long-sleeve ($15). So go buy one. Or two. Or three. Buy! Buy! Buy! Go visit and buy at this link: Challenge shirts. Be the cool kid on the block with this one.
