This was one theme I had to participate in with this crazy challenge.
See, I can do blogging challenges with crazy topics I need to write about. But a full month of photos with crazy topics? No way.
It’s a total zoo!
Better yet, it’s a carnival! Seriously, if you look at all these crazies doing this every day, it resembles a carnival. All those different personalities and different wares to hock. Heck, you know there are a few carnies, too.
Come play this game! You can win!
No way. I’ll skip.
So what else is great about carnivals?
The food!
Therefore, it would be silly not to have a little food to see what all these other people are posting about today. Munch away, folks.
To see other’s who are participating in the challenge and did this day’s image, head over to Ziva’s Inferno to check it out!

So far, you’re in a class by yourself. No one has posted a photo of fried food. Huzzah!

Not sure if the screen would taste as good as this did. 😉
WHAT is that? Oh hell, I don’t care, I’m with meleah *licks the screen* I can’t resist fried food.
It’s a fried dough with confectionery sugar on top.
The first and only time I’ve had funnel cake was in America, and oh my god, your photo just makes my mouth water. Yum! And you’re right, this challenge really does resemble a carnival!

That was your first and only time? Did I know that at the time? I remember sharing it with you and M, but I can’t remember if any of us puked later. I don’t think so, but we were so high on sugar I’m not sure I remember anything clearly.
And you’re the head carny of this carnival! 😉
You’re absolutely right about carnival food. I remember cotton candy with great fondness.

Mmmm… cotton candy!
I love the colors of this photo, P.J. Warm and inviting, just as they should be. Nice work.
As for the carnies, I’m pretty sure you mean Ziva. She’s a shifty one.
Thanks, Mike.
Kettle corn and funnel cake and corn dogs.

Mmm… cheese. I would like some cheese now.
nom nom burp
Basically sums up a good funnel cake. 😉
Mmmmm….. fried dough! Sinfully good! Although I have to say, kettle corn is my favorite carnival food.

Any fair or carnival I go to, fried dough is a guarantee for me. I may not get one other thing, but this is my go-to always. 🙂
Funnel Cake! Cotton Candy, Candy Apples, and Corn Dogs always at a carnival!

Crazy thing about carnivals and fairs — so much good food. And so unhealthy. 😉
