A short post for today. Consider this a double-dosage of Snapshot Saturday as I’ll be back tomorrow with that feature, too.
With the hopes of not bringing tears to my mother or bringing up emotions for my brothers or other relatives, I figured this was something I wanted to do for this day.
It’s been five years since my father died and I will say not a day goes by that I don’t think about him.
I hope wherever he is right now, it’s full of plush fairways, true greens and lots of hole-in-ones.
Miss ya, pops.

Can’t remember when this picture was taken, but I remember the jacket. It was around the time when I first met this man I would end up spending 45 years with.
Damn dad was a really good looking guy.
Being as I don’t know him in those days. Lol
He could have been in the movie the outsiders.
Mom 45 years was too short. He is missed every single day.
