Note: Please make sure you see the end of this post for the new way of doing things. It’s only one small change we made in November, but a change nonetheless. Thanks!
My goodness. I am late on this. And it’s been one heck of a month. Some piled up work hours and a lack of blogging overall. I really need to find a way to catch my mojo again — at least a little.
Alas, better to be a bit late than just saying hell with it, no?

So this month’s theme was supposed to be a way to have an open-ended subject that would allow you to kind of do anything you liked. Find those things that catch your eye. Maybe something gets those gears going and such. Depending where you are, the winter might be hanging on and the spring will soon (hopefully) be here and maybe that will do something. I’m looking to try and get out more.. try to find some inspiration, not only for photos, but for some writing and videos.
More on that in the future.
Alas, we’re here for a photo challenge.
I hope you all had a good month and here’s also hoping for the future months to be as good or better. Be safe and healthy and here are my five for the month.
1. No more
It really would be nice if these guys didn’t have to be used any more this year. I’m done with winter.

2. Water
This is on some old beat-down wall in town. Not too sure what it’s for. But I often go past it on my walks.

3. Hope to geocache more
This is a standby for me when I am walking and I know I need a photo. I just try and figure a different way to take the photo.

4. Kindness
Kindness week was celebrated in one of the schools where I work. On my way out one day, I snapped a shot of this locker — covered in positive notes.

5. Night lights
I had to work several late nights recently and this is the scene I walked out to one night. Not sure what drew me to it, but I liked the look.

And there are my five for the month!
If you took part in this month’s challenge, make sure to link up below.
And for those of you who participated, make sure you try and get to other people’s blogs and comment (here, too!).
Let’s continue to grow this challenge and have a strong community. Come back and check out the others who link later on, too! NOTE: We have a Facebook group for those who participate in the challenge and are interested. I’ll post any announcements there and hopefully it can be a place where things are discussed and some interaction etc. You can access it here.
** CHALLENGE CHANGE **
From this point forward, I am going to do the next theme at the bottom of each linkup. Also, the posting date will now be the first of each month, thus giving you the entire month to take the photos etc.
That means it’s a one-stop shop! Hopefully this helps out with everybody.
So, below is the linkup for December. Make sure you drop your link there. The theme for March is Eight … Remember to come back on April 1 to link up and check out the theme for that month!

It sure looked cold there in February! I’m done with winter. Love the locker notes! Hope your March slows down a bit.
Nice set of shots P.J. I’m curious, are schools back in session in the classroom where you are?
I know you see plenty of snow. We could have used a snow plow or two last month. I’m not sure we have any in Texas. I like the colors of the notes on the locker too. As always, thanks for hosting.
While I don’t mind that spring is definitely coming, I do love me some magical snow pictures. I can totally get why you liked number 5!
Hope March will treat you nicely!

You spied some amazingly bright colours to contrast with your snow photos. And I see that – including you – there are eight participants this month, just in time for the theme of “Eight”. There’s something karmic about that.:)
