And just like that … 2019 will be no more.
This year has really moved. We’ve had some great photos and challenges and thanks to you all for keeping it going. Here’s to it making it through another year coming up!
Each year we’ve done this challenge, December is basically the same — with a different name. This year is no different!

I truly love the holiday season. Christmas is a major time for fun and other things in my world. I also usually take some time off from work to try and recharge and relax a little. This year was no different as I had the chance to go to the shore and just kind of chill. I always like seeing the lights and hearing the sounds of the season. It’s the best time of year. We even had a white Christmas, which is awesome.
So let’s get to the challenge! Five photos for Jingle all the Way!
Here are my five!
1. Holiday eats
Who loves all the goodies around the holidays? In our family, homemade caramels goes back generations. This year, I did some of these … as eventually somebody will have to take it over!

2. Jingle bells?
Cameron’s birthday is in December. And his party… featured him hiding in a ball pit.

3. Christmas truck
One of the towns near us does a competition with lights … this guy always tends to win. Pretty impressive stuff. Loved this though.

4. Open it up!
Had to have one of these photos, right?

5. And finally …
I’ve wanted to go to the shore this time of year for a while and I had the chance to this year. This was one of the spots in the main town. So nice!

And there are my five for the month!

Aaww, the ball pit, such a fun way to celebrate your birtday! When did Cameron become so big?
Good for you to be able to take time off and thoroughly enjoy the holiday season, that’s what it’s all about.
Who wrote the recipe? It looks as if it was taken from Mrs Claus’ treats book!

Cameron sure does seem to have fun in things like that. And he does just keep growing and growing. As for the recipe, that’s my mother’s writing.
Yay for time off and celebrating. I do love Christmas time, baking and holiday lights. Thanks so much for another great year. Although it was my first one participating, I have really enjoyed it.
I’m glad you have enjoyed being part of it and look forward to you continuing with us!
All are great but my daughter has a December birthday too and I love the ball pit photo
Those December birthdays!
It seems like we ate our way through December and, unfortunately, we’re paying for it now! I had to look twice at the ball pit picture to see Cameron’s adorable face! Holiday lights are always a highlight of the season. Our daughter has a December birthday as well….Dec. 23rd! Thank you for hosting the challenge all year. I look forward to the post each month. X

Eating through December seems like a norm! So many good foods! But as quick as it comes is as quick as it goes and now… trying to get rid of all the issues from it!
Seeing others keep old family recipes “alive” and continuing to pass them on always brings a smile to my face. The ones that keep being passed along in my family are for raspberry jam, haystack cookies and cinnamon jumble cookies. Those caramels look wonderful!
Of course there are a couple of Cameron. He’s sure looking grown up, even compared to last year. How fast those birthdays come, one after another.
Thanks so much for continuing to host the Photo Blogging Challenge. I’m always excited to see the next theme you’ve dreamed up! Happy New Year!
The family recipes are fantastic and nice to keep going. Cinnamon jumble cookies sound fantastic! And Cameron is definitely growing! Always happy you have kept up with the challenge and here’s to many more months!
