Another year has come to an end. And that means the December results are set to be done.
As always this month features a pretty open to interpretation theme. I’m sure we all came up with something decent.
I hope you all had a great holiday season. And I also hope many of you will join us with the 20 Days of Chill Challenge!
So, let’s get December up and running! Here are my five for the month! Check back tomorrow for January’s theme!
1. Feliz Navidad!
How can this month’s theme not start with Cameron?
My mother is an amazing quilter. And my niece, Nicole, wanted a quilt for Christmas. She was surprised when it came out! She’ll have this forever.

3. Gingerbread men/items!
I am not a baker by any stretch. But at one of the school’s I work in, the UPK there does a yearly thing with the kids and gingerbread men. I got the recipe and, after nearly giving up, I got through it and … they came out quite well!

4. Lights!
We have some great light shows in our area. This is from one of them.

5. Opening gifts
We end how we started.. Cameron opening gifts!

There are my five. I look forward to seeing what everybody else came up with!
If you took part in this month’s challenge, make sure to link up below. And for those of you who participated, make sure you try and get to other people’s blogs and comment (here, too!). Let’s continue to grow this challenge and have a strong community. Come back and check out the others who link later on, too!
Also, don’t forget to get back here January 2 (later in the day) for the January theme!
NOTE: I set up a Facebook group for those who participate in the challenge and are interested. I’ll post any announcements there and hopefully it can be a place where things are discussed and some interaction etc. You can access it here.

I almost featured some gingerbread photos too.
Every December my friend Julie hosts a women’s only party called “Gingerbread Women in Pants”.
This year I brought Elise and all the guests just loved her.
Hope you, Cameron, and your whole family had a wonderful Christmas!

Gingerbread is so good! And hope you also had a great holiday season!
These photos are great! This is the post to come back to if a person is missing Christmas time. 🙂 – It looks like Christmas went very well and now I am wishing you a Happy New Year to you and yours! – Stopping by from Bloppy Bloggers – Cameron is adorable and that quilt is beautiful!
Thank you so much for stopping by! Hope you had a great holiday season as well! And feel free to join us with any of the challenges!
What a wonderful light decoration, very festive!
Congratulations on tackling the gingerbread cookie recipe! I find it hard to cut out cookies that keep their shape after baking. You did really well!
Happy new year, PJ! Here’s a suggestion for 2019: visit your loyal blogger friends’ contributions!

I’m glad the gingerbread men came out well. I almost gave in but happy I stayed with it! Hope you had a great holiday season!
Cameron is always a favorite! It’s so much fun to view Christmas through the eyes of a child. I’m much too lazy to do cut-out cookies! I love the quiet and marvel at the skill it takes to put together such a labor of love. Here’s wishing you and yours a wonderful 2019!

I need to get back into more photos of Cameron, that’s for sure. And I had never really cut cookies… but I was happy with how they eventually came out! A great 2019 to you and yours as well!
The holiday spirit really comes through in this photo set – the wonder of it all as a child, the beauty of lights and the extra effort we all make in preparing food to share. You even managed to squeeze in a board game – are you starting Cameron young?
I have played a couple of board games with Cameron and I know I have a few in mind when he gets a wee bit older!
