Another month and … late.
Ha!
This time, though, I must say that I really screwed it up because I had the wrong theme. That seems pretty silly for the person who posts the themes, doesn’t it?
Yes … yes it does.
So this month is all about staying cool. Some of the photos I took for the “other” theme I’ve been able to use here, which is nice.
Sorry for the delay on this. I don’t think we need me rambling this month!
So let’s get on with it. I’m late enough as it is! Here’s my five for the month!
1. A tall cold one!
This has to keep you cool on a hot day!
2. Staying hydrated
OK, this isn’t a sales pitch. But I recently got a Hydro Flash. Expensive, but so worth it. Best water bottle I’ve ever had. And it’s great when out in the heat to stay cool!
3. In the woods
Is there anything better than a stream like this in the woods! Definitely helps you stay cool!
4. Rushing water
More ways to stay cool… if you come upon something like this, stick your head in it!
5. Brrrrr!
When in doubt… hop in here!

I love your two stream/waterfall shots. Really beautiful! Wonder if that Hydro Falsh would keep that beer cold for you? 🙂
Funny you ask that … a couple of us stopped at a small brewery where they had these with their logo — you could get one filled with beer! I was told (by one of us that got it) that it worked very well!
The sun flash at the bottom of the beer glass really makes that first picture for me. And as a nature enthusiast, I truly appreciate the water fall/stream shots. I’ll take wading in the creek on a hot day any time! 🙂

I thought the sun flash was pretty cool, too! Everything OK on my end, just so busy. I need to start making more “me” time and start focusing on things, rather than lapsing into bad habits! I think I am finding a happy medium!

I thought the Ice trailer was a bit disappointing though – I was hoping for an ice cream truck as they don’t exist around here…
