It’s time!
That’s right – with January just around the corner (we won’t rush it, though – we still have some holidays to deal with first!), I wanted to make sure to get the themes for the 20 Days of Chill Challenge out.
My hope, of course, is that you will take part in the challenge and have some fun with us.
For those who might be new to the challenge or for others who want a refresher of sorts – the challenge is simple: For 20 weekdays in January, there will be a post to come back and link up to. Each day has a new theme (below), which is open for you to interpret as you see fit. You can participate in as many or as few of days as you wish. Obviously, I hope you’ll want to participate each day and join along with all the others who might take part.
So write about the theme and come link up (usually around 9 a.m. EST is when the post goes live), and go visit others and interact some. The linkup stays live for a day or two, just in case people get behind some.
Themes are quite random and different. Some are easy, some are harder, and some can be out there a bit. It’s up to you to decide how to interpret the theme.
This will start on Monday, January 1. The days and themes are below. Take a peek and get prepping … the 20 Days of Chill is almost here!

Wednesday, January 24: What’s cookin’
Thursday, January 25: Pounder

And that is all of them! Twenty themes for 20 days! Maybe with these posted weeks before January, you’ll have the chance to plan and get things ready for the month! We will see, though, won’t we? It’s always fun to see how many people will join up. Don’t forget to tell any blogging friends as it’s nice to have a bunch of people to contribute and take part.
Remember the few small rules we have – interpret the themes as you see fit (just make sure the theme is somehow involved), and have fun!

Great prompts and thank you for posting them early! Not that I will get around to actually write in December, but I can try and come up with ideas and take notes!
This should be fun to see. Mac & cheese!
Hope all is going well PJ!
Phil recently posted..You donât mess with NYC during the morning rush. The MTA already angers us enough.
I just came across this from Lissa at https://rainswept7.blogspot.com who I not only follow but am currently catching up with her own 20 Days of Chill entries. Great prompts. Fun challenge.
You didn’t note whether one is expected to contribute each prompt or only as able? As it is, a wee bit too late for me now, but I’ll read Lissa’s and yours too at least.
Enjoy.
P.S. You “About” page never actually identifies who you are, as in a name? 🙂
