And here we go again.
I need to do some catch up, that’s for sure. I don’t think I ever made the full rounds last month — so I need to do that. And then I have to hit up this month. And I really need to just start making rounds with the blogging world again as I have been missing out a ton this summer. I blame that on my baseball addiction, but it’s time to right the ship!
Side note … to make it easier to search on social media (especially Twitter), when you post things, please use the (new) official hashtag — #Photoblogchal. That way, somebody can click on it and see all that’s out there!
Anyway…
I am excited to see all the towns and cities that have been posted. I love traveling and doing it virtually through challenges like these is a lot of fun. Make sure you try and get to other people’s blogs who participated this month and give them some love!
The fall has definitely set in around my area. Colors are starting to come out and the weather is getting much cooler. I really do like the fall as it’s a nice time of the year. Many times I can wear shorts and a sweatshirt, so it’s a positive in my book.
There are so many themes I feel like we could have for this month … but some have been used, so let’s see what we will be doing. But first, there’s always some housekeeping things:
Here’s how it works.
- See the theme (first day of the month);
- Take photos throughout the month (don’t use old ones!);
- Select five photos and create a blog post;
- Come back here and link up on the final day of the month;
- Use the official hashtag — #Photoblogchal — on social media posts;
- Hopefully go visit and comment on other blogs.
That’s it. There’s no rules on equipment or anything else. Blog posts can be short and to the point, or in-depth. Interpret the themes as you see fit.
The one big rule?
Have fun!
This month’s theme? Water. We all need it to live! There are a lot of things I think people can cover with this theme, so hopefully there are some cool images to see. Have some fun with this one and interpret it as you see fit. If you know others who might enjoy this challenge, pass it along. Please make sure your blog post publishes Monday, October 31. Then come back here and link up.
If you think you are going to take part in this, drop a comment below so we can see who all might be trying to tackle this challenge!
There is also a Facebook group for those who are interested.

Water?! Looks like I need to plan a trip to the beach for October….oh darn. 🙂 Should be a fun prompt.
Sorry to put you through the bad of having to go to the beach! 😉
Dang! I never even looked at last month’s theme. I haven’t blogged in a long time. September’s theme was a great one! Water…I’ll see what I can do.
Time to get back at it … and what a better way than this challenge!
I will do my best to participate this month.
Excellent!
