I don’t know about where you are in the world, but around me, we’ve had a heatwave. I can’t complain as it could be worse, but it’s definitely different for my area this time of year.
Anyway, another month went down and we saw some new faces. It’s always nice to welcome new people to the challenge and hope they’ll continue to post with us. Make sure you visit all the other links and drop some comments. All of us like to see that and maybe get some feedback. That’s part of the fun of this challenge. Don’t just be a taker!
I’ve only had the chance to look at a few so far, but I usually give it a few days before I jump into it as it’s easier to try and catch up once most have posted!
So with the summer months approaching, it’s time to start looking at the fun of what we can do with the challenge. I will say this — this month’s challenge has been done before — a couple of years ago. But it’s something I love for the challenge, so I am going to repeat it and hope people get involved and come up with some fun things for it. Remember — interpret as you see fit.
I have a few other ideas for the next couple of months, so hopefully we get some good photos!
So how about that new theme? First, there’s always some housekeeping things:
So, here’s how it works.
- See the theme (first day of the month);
- Take photos throughout the month (don’t use old ones!);
- Select five photos and create a blog post;
- Come back here and link up on the final day of the month;
- Hopefully go visit and comment on other blogs.
That’s it. There’s no rules on equipment or anything else. Blog posts can be short and to the point, or in-depth. Interpret the themes as you see fit.
The one big rule?
This month’s theme? Baseball. Interpret how you see fit and enjoy it! If you know others who might enjoy this challenge, pass it along. Please make sure your blog post publishes Thursday, June 30. Then come back here and link up.
If you think you are going to take part in this, drop a comment below so we can see who all might be trying to tackle this challenge!
There is also a Facebook group for those who are interested.
