So, started back into the gym Wednesday and went twice (Thursday I spent the time climbing and hiking to do photos, so got some cardio that way).
Friday was pushing it!
I did some pretty intense cardio on a bike and elliptical machine. That felt real good. Did a bunch of lifting, too. Like I’ve said before, it’s funny that it seems so hard for me to go — because when I get there I really get into it and enjoy it. Which is how exercise and working out should be.
Also, the lack of time I’m spending online isn’t bothering me, which is good. I have enough time to chat with a few friends, check all the blogs in my Google Reader and move on.
Going to shoot more photos Saturday with Dylan. I have to say this, too — it’s a lot easier to get out and shoot when you have a friend or two willing to go shoot as well. It’s more fun to bounce around to place to place and see a person’s different perspective on something. (If you haven’t checked his site out, make sure you do — he does some nice work!)
Also approaching a milestone on the photo blog and really need to plan something for next Saturday to post. Argh! So little time!
